These terms work alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.

ai-interviewer.tech is a tool for practicing English-speaking interviews with AI. You can practice speaking out loud and receive AI-generated questions, scoring, and feedback.

Optionally, the site also offers mock interviews — practice sessions built around specific job roles and experience levels, so you can rehearse for the kind of interview you're actually preparing for.

You can use the site with or without registering — an account is optional. If you do choose to create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity that happens under your account. If you notice anything unusual, let us know at the email below.

The answers you give during a practice interview are yours. You keep ownership of everything you write or say on the site.

To generate feedback and a score, your answers may be shared with a third-party large language model (LLM). They are used only to evaluate and score your practice interview — they are not used to train any AI model.

To keep the site working for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• Spamming, or abusing the system with automated or excessive requests.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or extract the underlying AI or its prompts.
• Copying, scraping, or redistributing the site's content without permission.
• Uploading or posting content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

If any of this is detected, access may be permanently banned.

We reserve the right to lock an account or permanently block access at any time if we detect fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass the system's limits and protections. This can be done without prior notice where it's necessary to protect the service and its users.
